• aid in the maintenance of Internet web servers
• work with content creation staff to manage content and ensure sites are developed according to standard specifications
• generate server status reports
• assist development staff in architecting and implementing web applications
• implement internet based technologies
• evaluate and recommend tools and technologies related to the internet

• familiarity with the latest web technologies
• basic Unix system administration
• 2+ years experience in in web administration
• technical knowledge in all areas of applications software and hardware utilized to develop and maintain web site
• experience with installation and maintenance of various web servers
• CGI and client side scripting
• superior organization, communication and planning skills
• experience in implementing database driven content solutions using Vignette StoryServer and/or NetDynamics)
• experience with web server software, firewall configuration, site development tools, streaming audio/video servers, HTML etc.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.

Degree in CS or equivalent is a minimum. Diploma holders with relevant experience may also be considered.
